Sunshine Committee Procedure

 

The purpose of this procedure is to acknowledge members and their immediate families in times of need.

 

A card will be sent to a member and his/her immediate family member when ill.

 

A card will be sent to a member and his/her immediate when hospitalized.

 

A donation of $50.00 will be sent to CampHaccamo when a member or his/her family member passes away.

 

When a card is sent the card will be signed by as many members as possible.

 

When a member or his/her immediate family member passes away every effort will be made to attend the wake or memorial service as a group.

 

The cards and stamps will be purchased and sent by the committee.
